Sunday Arrive in mass in San Pedro Sula some time around midday at the airport, where you will be met by a private tour operater. From there you will be driven 3 hours to Copan Ruinas arriving around 6:00PM in the evening. Dinner at the Hacienda at 8:00 PM   Sometimes our volunteers like to stick around and socialize.The Hacienda will provide soft drinks, juice, or water with your evening meal.
Monday Breakfast at 7:00 am followed by your first mountain school supply trip! We mount up and head into the mountains to take school supplies at 8:00 am sharp. 1:00 pm lunch at the Hacienda, followed by a tour of the Clinic. 2:00-2:30- 2:30-5:30 free time in town. 5:30.   Usually the first day of school supply a lot of our volunteers like to spend time talking and spending time together. Again the Hacienda will be open until 10PM. We want you to have fun, but remember we have work to do in the morning. Also for those who need transportation we will have our vehicle on hand.
Tuesday Breakfast at 7:00 am. Mountain school supply trip! We mount up and head into the mountains to take school supplies at 8:00 am sharp. 1:00 PM lunch at the Hacienda, 2:00 pm a 2 hour horseback trip to Hacienda San Lucas. Dinner at the Hacienda at 7:00 pm   Guest are always welcome to stick around and socialize.The Hacienda will be open unil 10PM. Most likely somebody will break out a guitar and start playing and singing
Wednesday Breakfast at 7:00 am sharp! Mountain school supply trip! Stop complaining ya came to work didn't you? After lunch at the Hacienda we are going to take you to meet our children at the Happy Angels Orphanage. The workday ends at 3:00 PM You're free until 7:00 pm for dinner at Pizza Jim's! Yeah we're taking you out to dinner. Best pizza in town   Stick around and socialize at the Hacienda. It's a free evening do as you please,
Thursday It's culture day! You will be our guest at the famous ruins of Copan. Right after breakfast (don't forget breakfast at the hacienda at 7am) we will take you to the ruins to meet your professional guide who will take you on a private tour. Your basic tour cost is on us, but you may want to bring some cash for drinks, snacks and what not. Don't forget your camera! We cut you loose in town for shopping and lunch on your own. Have fun! Don't be late for dinner at the Hacienda at 7pm!   Guests are always welcome to stick around and socialize.The Hacienda will be open unil 10PM. Later we can take you to town to catch some of the night life, but don't stay out too late because it's back to work in the morning!
Friday Breakfast at 7:00 am followed by our last Mountain school supply trip! We mount up and head into the mountains to take school supplies at 8:00 am sharp. 1:00 pm lunch at the Hacienda, and then we treat you to a tour of the Macaw Mountain bird park.   Well that ends the work week! ( No school on Saturday.Dinner will be about debriefing , and sharing memories.
Saturday Sleep in if you like. This is a totally free day for you to get your shopping done, and make ready for your trip back to the good old USA. Breakfast will be served at 7am but we will keep it warm for the late risers. Lunch will be at the Hacienda but let us know if you plan to eat elsewhere. The only activity we have is a voluntary trip at 5:00 pm to Hacienda San Lucas, to watch the sunset before our last meal together. The Sunsets at San Lucas are incredible.   Usually the last day of the mission our volunteers like to spend time reflecting and talking about their adventures. We want you to have fun, but remember we have a big trip back home in the morning so don't overdo it!
Sunday Oh Gosh! It's trip day! You need to be packed and ready to leave by 7:00 AM! Breakfast at 6:00 am. Three hour drive to the airport in San Pedro Sula and then off you go back to the first world with the knowledge that you helped to make a difference in this big ole world.   All good things have to come to an end. We will miss you and hope you can come back soon!
